8. To whom we disclose Your data (Third parties)?

In order to conduct our Services and Product we disclose Your data to third parties either upon your consent or legitimate interest, to this end:

  2. Streaming Platforms - Apple, Spofify etc. We may change third party streaming platforms and it’s Artists sole discretion which one to choose.

Please note that we are not responsible for third parties' privacy policies and you should check privacy rules prior to giving your consent.

If required by applicable we disclose your personal information to the authorities.

We don’t sell you personal information.

9. How do we protect your information?

We utilise a range of tools, techniques, measures, and safeguards such as firewalls, backup and disaster recovery systems, antimalware, and encryption to ensure that your Personal Information is secure and not at risk of unauthorised access disclosure or accidental loss. 

Notwithstanding our robust breach detection measures, no information system can be 100% secure and to this extent, we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of your information in cases where you transmit your Personal Information to us over networks that we do not control. In the event of a security breach, we will notify you in accordance with the requirements provided under our policies and applicable laws.

We will store your personal information for:

  • the time You have a relation with us as an User or an Artist.
  • the time we need to pursue our claims and rights.

  • 3 months once you close your account unless we have other legal ground to store your data.
  • as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. 

Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a safe manner. Furthermore, your personal data is stored in accordance with the retention period imposed by current regulations. This retention period depends on the purpose for which the data is being processed and takes into account regulations that impose a specific retention period for certain categories of data. 11. International Data Transfer

Your data is stored on an AWS server in the US. For EEA/Uk data subjects we inform You that the transfer is based on an adequacy decision granted by European Commision and Standard Contractual clauses.

12. What happens if you refuse to or fail to share your personal data with us

In general, we receive your personal data where you provide this on a voluntary basis. There are certain cases where your refusal or failure to provide the requested personal data may mean we will be unable to act for you i.e., if we are legally required to obtain such information to comply with anti-money laundering legislation.

To be a User or an Artist you need to be 18 years of age. As a Visitor we inform You that our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. NEWM does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
